Financial invoice extraction that never leaves your building.
Qat Lab builds on-premises extraction and audit tooling for Egyptian e-invoicing. Documents are parsed in volatile memory inside your own network perimeter, verified by deterministic mathematics, and exported to fixed-point ledgers.
Four guarantees, each backed by tested code.
CPU-bound language model
Qwen2.5-7B runs on the client host over loopback. No invoice text crosses a network boundary at any stage.
The model never does the math
Extracted figures pass exact arithmetic guards and epsilon tolerance checks before they are trusted.
Decimal export at two places
Validated amounts are cast to Decimal objects with half-up rounding, consistent with GAAP and IFRS bookkeeping.
ETA-native first, OCR last
Signed ETA JSON and XML parse deterministically; pdfplumber handles digital PDFs; local OCR is a tertiary fallback for scans.
Three steps, all inside your perimeter.
Pinned delivery
You receive a version-locked build of the engine, deployed onto your infrastructure by your team or ours.
Anonymized trial
The engine runs against an anonymized sample of your invoices inside your network. Nothing is transmitted outward.
Reviewer-owned posting
A named reviewer on your side owns every posting decision. The engine drafts and flags; it never posts.
Built against the statute, not around it.
Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law 151 treats financial personal data as a custody obligation. The engine is designed so that custody never leaves the client: no cloud inference, no persisted payloads, no outbound document calls.
Contact details submitted through this site are used solely to answer your inquiry, and are never shared, sold, or processed for profiling.
